Our objective, by fostering an open and synergistic atmosphere among all development players, is to create and maintain long-term relationships, characterized by trust and mutual respect, with our joint venture investment partners and outside contractors,. Through Westmount Properties LLC and related companies, we entitle land and deliver lots to builders for their ground-up construction. Through unrelated entities in which some or all of the key players behind Westmount Properties LLC are directly or indirectly involved, we build attractive and practical residential home communities (multi and single family) within a variety of market niches.
